Goodbye, Cat. I Hardly Knew Ye. =(

Dad found a cat dead in our backyard this morning. It seemed to be in perfect health, apart from the fact that it was dead. We kept the registration thing and rung the council to see if we could get a contact number for the family, since I'm sure they'd appreciate being able to bury their cat, or at least knowing it's dead. But no dice. I'm going to keep the registration thing I think. I don't think I knew the cat, but since the family don't know, and because I feel sad about it, I'd like SOMEONE to remember the cat fondly.
