Here's PoT Perfect Edition Season 2 Volume 1. I've only scanned the covers (all three of them), the extra colored page and the anopuri pages. I haven't scanned the wrap-around covers, hence Momo's missing half. I have scanned the concept notes if anyone is interested in reading them. As a huge fan of Rikkai, I freaking love this volume! Marui and Jackal on the cover, Marui on the inside cover and Marui in his street clothes on the first page. Not to mention the volume covers 195-205 which is heavily Rikkai. And by heavily Rikkai, I mean all Rikkai.  I had to stop myself from scanning half of it when I heard my justifications.
