I...feel...so...tired!
I would really love to go take a nap right now. Erg. Unfortunately for me, I still have a little shopping to do, so it's off to the stores after work! I have to get a few things for Pat and pick up one thing for my mom and then I'm done. (Next up: wrapping. Eek.)
Mom is doing good still - she has started sleeping a lot, but she is still going out to things. She doesn't drive any more, which is probably a good thing. I have been staying the night every night, but I go home to eat dinner with Pat because mom doesn't have much of an appetite and its just easier for her to look after only person's food stuff than two.
I miss being home more than I thought I would - I miss my own bed and the cats and Pat and having diet coke in the fridge all the time. But, I'm glad to spend time with my mom. I'm not sure how long she's going to be around.
Work has been keeping me busy - I volunteered to be a litigation paralegal for awhile while the current paralegals are out on leave, so that's been interesting. I like it. I'm not sure there's room for me to stay a paralegal, but I'd like to if they asked me.
Other than that, not much is new. I finally saw Inception and it was uh-mazing. I loved it. I also saw Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and that's pretty much my new favorite movie.
