Gutted!!
I just realised, and can't complain really...... but I had a box of Prestat Champagne Truffles, given to me by a friend just before I went away to the USA as a late Valentines/thank you gift for lunch I had made for her.
I had had maybe 2 out of the box and have just gone looking for them...... no where to be found. As is a box of Betty's chocolate I still had left from Christmas off Caprycorn.... vanished..... No I don't normally keep chocolate that long, it's normally gone in a blink but when it's high end rich stuff I do not eat it that fast, and tend to forget about it for days at a time.
I did tell my cat sitters to eat and drink anything they wanted but never thought they'd attack those boxes as they are clearly special boxes. The Prestat one in particular was a fancy glittery gold and bright purple affair. And my cat sitters are not people who take to eating sweet stuff, they have left my box of Cadbury's Creme Eggs. Cuh! They have also left a bag of frozen chips in my freezer..... and a can of Carlsberg in my fridge.... not a fair exchange.....
I want my Prestat chocolates back!!! Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.........................
Maybe they thought I had left them out for them???
Sob....... £20 worth of Chocs gone......
