I'm from the old hood, somethin like yo' hood
Where niggaz don't know good, or know Suge, but the blow good
So we rock it like Tracy McGrady
Send it to Houston in a gray Mercedes
I'm a product of my environment, grew up in the 80's
So that mean, me Kanyeezy and Jeezy all crack babies
And it's evident my flow is heaven-sent
First LP, on the same shelf as the veterans
Nigga I can't be fucked, like a lesbian
I'm to hip-hop what Cartoon is to Mexicans
The Game - "Too Much"
Bitches,
The weekend was nice and relaxing. Except for when I worked. Then it just sucked. I have made progress on the page and all the other lil' projects. I also managed to spend some quality time with my younger cousin Nicolas.
We made it out to the beach on Sunday and managed to take in a whole day's worth of sun in only a few hours. We also took advantage of the golf pass and played nine holes. Truth be told, the lil' shit beat me. I guess I can live with that considering when I play golf I'm usually drunk. Nevertheless we soldiered on, tried not to flip the cart over and spent way too much money on drinks that came in fruit. All in all a good experience. I don't know WHY kids charge my batteries... but they do. It's like being around them just makes me, happier, revitalizes me in a way. Who knows.
I should do some more work when I get home today, but I"ll probably just veg and maybe sit on my roof... Remembering the roof on QED and... oh shit I forgot the name of the street right by the highway, near the end of Elgin... shit... anyways, there. I remember that rooftop when I'm up on my own. No traffic near my roof... just a lot of empty space and a gorgeous sky and sunset.
I'm not a bad dream, I'm a nightmare
Aa!
