Sorry that this is slightly off-topic, but I'm looking for a direct quotation from Ep. 4.16, "Tortured".
It's in the squadroom, and the exchange is between Munch and Huang. They're discussing the torture of Tibetan prisoners, and Munch asks a question of the doctor, emphasizing "Huang" to emphasize his heritage, and Huang gets this look on his face and says "According to [so and so, American Psychologists for free something, that's not the right name but I can't remember it off-hand, but a human rights group], of which I'm a member".
