House and presents.
I finished cleaning the carpet today. My hands hurt, but my back doesn't, of course I took Advil before I started, so that probably helped. Now I just need a good vaccum cleaner before the fur monsters (Thor and Hamncheez) get to the new house.
I met one of the neighbors across the street today. I asked him to put the carpet cleaner in the trunk of the car. He said they had looked at the house a month ago. Weird, since his house looks just like our house, unless his is a two bedroom house I can't see the point in trying to buy it. Anyway, the cool thing is he has a quarter table (pool) in his garage.
Went to the post office today and had four boxes waiting for me. Yay stuff. My aunt (actually ex-aunt) sent a box with the wrong last name. I think Y must have screwed up on her, my aunt's, invite, because it isn't a common last name, and its the last name of one of lordlymight's friends (who was a groomsman at our wedding.)
A gift from lordlymight's aunt, however, is missing. She bought us a mobile off of our Amazon.com registry, but we've never recieved it. I'm going to give the company the mobile is from a call first and see if I can find out anything, then I'll drop his aunt an e-mail.
I took pictures of the inside of the house yesterday, but I forgot to take pictures of the outside, so as soon as I remember to do that I'll post pictures.
lordlymight is coming home, yay, a day early. Actually he's already home, hey, I wrote this during lunch and didn't get a chance to type it up until now.
I'm going to open presents now.
