Things are feeling a lot better around here lately. Even though so far we're no better off money-wise yet. It just helps so much being back in the valley and having family around. Work has been going well. I enjoy it. I seem to be pretty good at it. However, I got my first cashier mistake yesterday. Apparently I had put in the code for pineapple when a man only had a half a pineapple. Oops. He got it returned and then I had to sign the receipt saying I realized my mistake. Last Thursday I had final exam #1 and I got 81%! Not bad, considering I didn't study at all ;) That's the beauty of taking this type of program instead just "college" because it's like nine months of job training, not school.
