Moonbeam Trail - II Strangetown (Part 2)
Quick pre-post note: Thanks so much for all your comments and votes on the last update. <3 This has been a really fun and different challenge to play, and it makes me really happy to share it with you all. These couple of days were a bit crazy here, though, and didn't have much time to reply, but hope this update answers all your doubts ;)

II - Strangetown
The last stages of the pregnancy were hard.
I was hungry all day long,
and feeling constantly tired and sleepy,
but wouldn't let it stop me around the house.
Or at work. (I rather keep those vacation days for when I really need them.)
But eventually the moment came,
painfully and without warning,
and as suddenly as it all started,
I found myself holding a baby boy with blue eyes like his father.
Jonas.
With him, everything in life,
even doing the most mundane chores,
feel easier and fuller,
because he's with me.
But I shouldn't have left my guard down so fast, especially not around Lazlo Curious...
All the Curious are attractive and interesting in their own unique ways, but I've liked Lazlo since the day we met,
and I'm continuously falling for his charms
I thought I could be stronger this time,
that having Jonas around would help me keep a clear head,
but at the end all my will wasn't good enough
and I fell once more...
The problem, however, wasn't what we did or why, but the way he started talking about moving in together right after.
At that moment I didn't know what to say, so I kindly told him I had to check on Jonas and will call him the next day,
but regardless of how much I may like Lazlo, I fear he is doing this only because he feels somehow responsible for me,
and that's not the way I want to start a relationship.
That same night, after spending some time with Jonas,
and sleeping on the whole situation,
I decided it was better for me to just leave.
I don't want to hurt Lazlo, but I don't want to find myself tied up to a relationship right now,
and the sooner I go away,
the easier it'll be for both to get over each other.

(... poor Lazlo, though. He has NO idea what just happened! lol)
Final notes:
My initial idea was to tell the story in sort of letters like in the first part, but she didn't really have anyone from the previous towns to write back in this case lol
Sarah and Mathew live in town after I moved them in trying to do Dare 26 with them, but honestly didn't get too far. It was playing with them, that Blossom walked by their lot, so decided to make Sarah friend her a bit and use it in the story. (if you wonder, their baby hasn't been born yet, she's still pregnant back there rofl)
Also, as Chester's now with Klara living (or about to move) in Strangetown, he is no longer in Bluewater and therefore not a candidate for the challenge there... sadly, because with her precious face, red hair, and a very high chemistry, he could have been a perfect choice!
At hand I can say, Bluewater was not as easy as the first two towns , so she had to stay there longer, and it was as pretty eventful, so there's a lot to tell. I'll try to have the posts done soon, but it may need up to three updates.
In the meantime... have a cute little Jonas spoiler!
