Thanks to swarm0cheezcake for having a fun roommate, fun new friends, and a roommate with fun friends.

Thanks to several good conversations that led me to meet interesting people, including Antonio and Brendan.

Thanks to all of us being inebriated enough that we all got along. The DDR and Guitar Hero helped towards those ends, I feel.

Thanks to copious amounts of decent alcohol that helped in those ends.

Thanks to me being able to act hetero enough to keep Antonio and Brendan laughing the entire way they gave me a ride home, sparing me the possible abscondence and rape when switching from the spotty purple (Northewestern Uni.) train to the Red Line at the Howard stop (Chicago city limits: North, which would deposit me in the middle of the secondary Asian market, several sketchy and now drunken blocks from home).

Thanks to being in bed now, safely, eighteen minutes after leaving swarm0cheezcake's place. And for being (barely) coherent enough to write my first LJ entry in weeks.

I'm going to burn in hell for the chauvanism that kept those guys laughing. And for the Steven Lynch songs stuck in my head which may or may not have had anything to do with that chauvanism. O_o Oh dear.
