Just a taste of what I have been doing, wandering through churches in Rome and inside Etruscan tombs in the countryside. Still having a good time, even though I haven't met one decent Italian guy (though I have had some broken conversations with sleazy ones).
I've picked up the habit of getting people to pay me to do stupid things (ah, I remember freshman year). So far I have rolled down a hill covered in dried bird shit for two Euros, licked a death bed in an Etruscan tumulus tomb for a Euro, and drank out of a bedet (sp?) for three Euro. Don't judge; it was hilarious, and I have pictures. Plus it supports my addiction to thin crust pizza.
