hello all! first off, brand spanking new layout! i loved my previous layout but like a moron, i'd forgotten to back up the images on my flickr and/or photobucket accounts, so when the layout maker's PB account exceeded bandwidth yesterday, everything on my journal looked HIDEOUS. i'd asked if she could send me the images i needed but after receiving no response [and truth be told, i wasn't expecting her to be accommodating anyway], i just decided to overhaul everything. please let me know if it loads properly for you!

how was everyone's weekend? after friday nights iPhone Debacle™, i decided to lay low at lupin's. did some mad housework and cleaning on saturday [which always leaves me feeling satisifed - how positively monica of me], and caught up on recorded tv shows with
ava. on sunday, we went to earls for lunch where i had an orgasmic gourmet sandwich made with grilled chicken breast, melted brie, roasted apples, spinach, sweet fig jam, garlic mayonnaise and house-baked ciabatta. DUDE. BEST SAMMICH EVAR.
we then watched zombieland, which was hilarious and adorable
woody harrelson was a riot, and i LOVED jesse eisenberg. he always reminds me of michael cera, and after watching adventureland, i said that i would love to see the two of them play brothers in an indie comedy. i say that again after seeing this flick
he should definitely make a very different kind of movie next though [and one without the word 'land' in it] b/c otherwise he's going to get just as typecast as cera. btw i have a total girl crush on emma stone
she's gorgeous, has that lovely husky voice i've always liked, and she's a good actress too. just look at her!

: wincest. sam starts on dean while he's still sleeping. god. so hot and schmoopy and just guh. i melted after reading this, i really did.

it takes a look at various kisses shared by the brothers and is beautifully written. i think that if supernatural was a book or a movie or perhaps even a tv show with a different type of fanbase, the writers would end the series in this way.

: wincest. in which the brothers head to a bar to unwind and end up taking the same girl home. or do they? love the way the tension builds softly in the background until it comes to a head, and the lovely descriptions and unique turns of phrases used in this story. be sure to read the alternate ending as well!
