good morning all! how is everyone doing? this week has been going quite slow for me and i wish it was already thursday evening
went to the doctor's last night and he confirmed that i was suffering a severe allergic reaction [as many of you suggested]. he said it was probably product-related but couldn't pinpoint the exact source since i haven't been using anything new. anyhow, he prescribed a topical cortisone creme for the rash on my face/neck, a cortisone scalp spray and benadryl. my face is still puffy and my scalp still itches, but it's better than before. keep your fingers crossed for me, kay? the last few weeks really haven't been good health-wise.
the bf thought the following xkcd comic was perfect for me and i think it applies to anyone that participates in social networking sites
btw guess who has a copy of dan brown's latest, the lost symbol, in her hands? and didn't even have to step foot into a store to purchase it since it was delivered by post? yea, yours truly. which is SUPREMELY IRONIC given how much i've hated every single one of brown's books [with the exception of perhaps angels & demons and deception point]. wanting this new book to pleasantly surprise me would be asking for too much, but i hope it at least entertains me by bringing the LULZ. you can expect a rant review shortly since i'll start reading it today

: wincest. this story focuses on the brothers' relationship post s4, and it really hurt at times to see how both of them were so broken and full of pain. the fic feels very realistic, which is what i enjoyed the most, and despite all the angst, it ends on a sweet and hopeful note.

: wincest. featuring chuck, becky, and lots of crack. hilarious!

: wincest. in which post-hell dean cannot sleep, and sam's getting tired of it. he makes a plan, baits dean, and smex ensues. HURRAH!

: j2. like i told the author, i have a major hard-on for possessive!jensen, and with the recent itchy scalp woes, i definitely needed the distraction this ficlet so gloriously delivered. i tried to feel some sympathy for genevieve, but i couldn't in the end b/c jensen's possessiveness and the way he claims jared just overshadowed everything else.

. j2. sdsjfsaajhfljhf. seriously, keysmash is the way to go with these 3 fics. they're mostly pwp, but OH SO GOOD. the first one is all intense and heady, with the attraction between the guys building slow like molasses, but the second and third are just bam! bam! bam! overwhelming smut right from the get-go. SO FUCKING GOOD.
