a holiday to remember
What a Christmas. The flu swept through my family, taking us down one by one, the likes of which I haven't seen happen since we were children. One sister was sick Thursday, then I was sick on Saturday, then another sister and my brother-in-law were sick Sunday into Monday, my mom was sick today, and Christian became sick today as well. Here's hoping the last sister and my dad and my nephew stay healthy!
So it definitely doesn't feel very festive anymore. We were at my family's house today, and we ate and ran without any games or quality time with the family. I'm sure glad we were over on Sunday as well to celebrate.
I keep looking back through the houses our realtor sent to us in the vague hope that I somehow missed seeing a gem, but no...there's still just nothing good on the market fitting our criteria right now.
