Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat....
I baked sugar cookies for the second time in two weeks last night (last week I made them for my students).
I stacked them up as I cleared them off the cooling rack, and it turned into a cookie tree. :D
Does anybody want some cookies? I'll probably bring them in to work tomorrow. (I also have some Hershey's kisses.)
I got two Christmas cards earlier this week, one from Sam (
iamtinkerbean ) and the other from my sissy (
cerulean_aurora ).
They look so pretty up on my door frame, and they coordinate so well with each other! Thank you both!
Andie's card is up on another wall with a magnet that is strong enough to hold it to the reinforcing edging on the corner under the paint.
Here's our Christmas tree at work:
It's decorated by the whole floor (a mix of astronomers and astrophysicists) with stuff from our labs along with a few more normal ornaments. Can you spot the cd or the optical illusion? (We are a bunch of nerds.)
The Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Space Sciences building is decorated for the holidays, too.
