I'm terrible at updating; it's no secret!
So, I have a newborn nephew! He's so cute, but I have absolutely no idea how to deal with babies. I get so nervous being around them. As soon as my brother put my nephew in my arms, I tensed up. Clearly I don't have the mothering instinct yet.
In other news, in the wake of The Beatles: Rock Band, I figured I'd listen to The Beatles. I didn't grow up with them or anything so I figured that now was a good as time as any to look up their music. AWESOME. It's so good! I don't have a particular favorite, song or Beatle, but it's nice to finally know what people are talking about. :)
Onto the fandoms! True Blood was okay. I was expecting something grander, more action-packed for the finale, but it was fine. House came back and it was great! I really hope Hugh Laurie gets the Emmy for this season. I know we just had the Emmys, but I hope he wins it for next year. Glee is awesome and certainly living up to the hype!
