This one's pretty much AU. House has always treated Cuddy like crap, and eventually, she gets tired of it. She turns to Wilson and *BAM* -- House realizes what he could have had, and how much he truly wants her. Everyone falls apart, as do all of the relationships, especially House & Wilson's. Cuddy sees this and is torn. Cuddy & Wilson fight, and House is given the opportunity to act on regret.
