I always find plateaus to be frustrating. Still, it seems like you're still progressing on a bunch of fronts so maybe you'll have a month where you're suddenly crossing off lots of goals. Where do you even go to get hydrostatic body fat testing? I've also wondered how accurate those handheld body fat analyzer things are. Still, even if they're inaccurate, I figure they'll be consistently inaccurate and hopefully give me an overall feel for the direction of my trendline.

Is the variation of the tripod headstand where your elbows are supporting your knees? For your fitness test, doing some practice sets of pushups could also improve your score. Same for flexibility.

As for the weight gain, are you no longer being as strict with what you eat? Or was there some weight gain over the Thanksgiving/Christmas season? Do you still track all your food? Still...you're making strength gains so that's heartening. I lost some weight and can't lift nearly as much weight as I used to (though a lot of that deterioration is likely more due to not lifting regularly).
