NaNoWriMo
Okay, I don't know how many of you are participating in NaNoWriMo, but for those of you who are...

Aren't I just the bossy one?
I was going to go for 3:00, but we (meaning, my wife) picked up tickets to a Roller Derby ... show? Fight? Event? Thing, that starts at 4:00, and since I have no clue how long it lasts, I opted to bump things foreward a bit.
Hopefully it's not too early for anybody - please let me know when works best for people. I tend to prefer 3 or 4, myself. Apparently, so do Roller Derby participants.
What is it?
NaNoWriMo pre-meeting.
Why?
So we can meet each other while still clinging to some slender thread of sanity, before November washes it all away.
Where?
Winnings Coffee House, 111 Harvard Drive, SE. Turn south off of Central onto Harvard, and it's on your right, about 2 buildings down. Parking is campus-like, so... be prepared for a bit of a walk some days.
How will I find you?
Look for the stuffed gryphon, and I'll probably even remember to wear my NaNo shirt from last year. Don't know what a gryphon is? You wiiiillllllll.
What to bring?
Yourself, first and foremost. Your imagination, certainly. And confidence! Bring lots of that, and we'll try to send you home with even more. Also might be a good idea to bring some writing devices, be they laptops or pen-&-paper.
What to take home?
Ideas! Fervor! Confidence! And hopefully some tips and tricks from those who went before. Like remembering that each other is always two words. Contractions are not your friend, during November at least.
