The Whiteside Family, Part 3.1

Oct 05, 2010 19:16

[Last time: Heirs were married, jobs were acquired, babies were had.]

[Warnings: Not much, me thinks. Possible adult language and pixel-nudeness, etc.]

One extra warning, this might be the most boring chapter ever. Just saying.

We return to this lovely sight. Why hello Claire.

Claire:"Sorry about that, back there." That's okay, you just enjoy watching some television with Lily.

Fey is also kicking ass at martial arts btw, both girls now have the green belt.

You can see a tiny bit of the Whiteside's new house-mate here. Meet Dexter, the rubber ducky.

Oh, I forgot to tell you. Both girls are pregnant. Which is obvious by looking at their dinner.

But before we get new babies, little Leah's birthday rolls around.

And her mum puts her down next to a pile of dirty clothes. Nice touch... Fey:"Hey, be nice!"

And here she is with her make-over. Deceivingly cute, I tell you.

See? Leah scares me, she keeps looking at me as if she knows I'm watching. It creeps me out.

Since everybody, but especially Jules, was getting annoyed by work and the alike, I bought them some entertainment.
At this moment in my game, both set of parents have the wish to play this game. Silly sims.

Toddler training! You're going to see a shitload of that in this update.

Let's not forget about little Lily, who is still very cute.

Also look, more toddler training! It's cute, so bear with me please.

Birthday time! This update is more sparkles and less blowing out candles, because I've seen enough cake.

Cuuuute! I think she's a pretty nice mix of both her parents. She is also adorable.

Leah, you stay away from Lily! Now you see why I think she's scary?

Baby timez! Hopefully some boys will be added to the family.

Claire:"Since we're both in labour I'll keep myself from commenting on who's driving." Fey:"Yes please."

Loook! Double labour! How exciting!

It's a boy, hurrah! Meet Noah. He's lucky enough to be a heavy sleeper and apparently he's very athletic.
His favourite colour is pink, he prefers autumn salad for dinner and he love listening to kids music.

And it's another boy! This is Nick. Being a perceptive slob who loves indie music might not be regular, but it's working for him.
Besides indie music he loves the green colour of the Irish flag and his favourite meal is dim sum.

The next few days were mostly spent training toddlers, and taking care of babies.

Leah is taking her first steps.

While Lily is trying to say her first words. Jules:"Sigh no, not like that baby girl."

Simultaneous feeding! Jules and Elliot are quite good at this whole parenting thing, it seems.

This is the first time any of my legacy kids have had the luxury of a high chair. It's cute though!

At last they're potty trained! And still cute, obviously.

More (first) steps were taken and soon enough both girls had learned all their basic skills.

Leah:"Yummwy fwood!" I am certainly loving the high chairs, so they get to stay.

Alas, more birthdays, I bet you didn't see that coming at all.

First one up was Noah.

Who was quickly followed by Nick.

Lastly, Leah celebrated her birthday.

So yeah, this is what she did as soon as I zoomed in to take her picture. She is now also frugal btw.

Here we have Noah. He didn't actually need a make-over, which was very surprising.

Which means this is Nick. Who just got ten times cuter.

Leah is already looking for ways to be an evil family member. Leah, I told you to stay away from Lily!

Leah:"Your point being? This wasn't Lily's to begin with." But who...

Awww. Leah! Leah:"I don't regret it one bit."

And on that note, we'll leave. Lets hope Nick is calmed down a bit when we return.

[Next time:More birthdays I'm afraid, also something that I haven't seen in a long time.]
