Goto is a porridge of glutinous rice in chicken broth. In most cases, it would have tripe or chicken. In this instance, it was a quick lunch while grocery shopping. Linda told us when we saw her at the wedding last Saturday that Kevin is talking about cooking for market there. I think that is an excellent plan!

We've got several business projects we're working on at the moment. One of this is manufacturing cheesecakes, cheese and sausages using Mercato Centrale as our test venue. It's a weekends only food fair that's located at a very high end part of the city.

Constantly evolving, instead of Mercato Centrale, we are hitting Tagaytay for our venture into the weekend crowd. Watch out for updates.
