Japchae-bap
Korean noodle dish made from cellophane potato noodles (dangmyeon), carrots, wood-ear mushrooms (instead of Shitake), onions, green onions and Bok-choy with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and ground pepper garnished with roasted sesame seeds. Served with steamed white rice, banchan, and bulgogi.
