A bit of excitement late this afternoon at the trailer mom is renting out to a tenant. Knob on kitchen sink broke off, water was spewing everywhere. Tenant's girlfriend knocked on our door in a panic. Moms first tenant renting her trailer, a family member, is currently over a week late with the rent payment. She told me yesterday, if he doesn't pay something soon, he's gonna have to start packing, so she can rent it out to someone else.
