Just discovered apparently the UK had switched to pre-adhesive postage stamps, it being mentioned in an episode of "Still Open All Hours". Here I was for years thinking it was the USPS doing it just to drive up the cost of stamps. Guess it's a worldwide thing after all ( Read more... )
