Watching "Svengoolie" this evening makes me wonder why the local MeTV affiliate doesn't use the 16:9 feed,since it's on a "primary" channel. Having to use the TV's "Zoom" function for the widescreen movie being shown, so the video doesn't have black borders on ALL FOUR sides!

Local MeTV affiliate has been broadcasting a blank screen since last night. You can tell they aren't completely "off the air" by the signal strength meter...

Apparently KWMS 18 can't take criticism about how they handle TV programing. I left a few critical comments last night of them pre-empting MeTV programing to air a bunch of drunks dancing around at the local fireworks display instead.
