Ugh. Heating unit started bugging out last night. Getting close to summer weather, but some nights are still kind of "cool". Woke up this morning to a chilly house.

When I made a glass of instant tea just now, water coming from the tap was already cold enough, I didn't have to add ice.

Kinda cool here in the back part of the house. Can't turn the heat up though, because then mom would get too hot in the front part of the house. "Central" air unit wasn't installed near the "center" of the house. :-/

I HATE cold, dreary, rainy days!

Down to 53°F. Might have to turn on a little heat in the next couple of hours.

It's freggin' cold outside today, wind is whipping up, still got a sinus related headache, but dammit, I'm going outside in a few minutes to take the blades off the lawnmowers so I can take them to get sharpened! We've had enough "warmish" days, the yard is starting to look a might "shaggy".

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago, causing me to get hit with a blast of VERY cold water. Andrew forgot to close the shower valve after he took a shower.
