Wow!
I haven't updated this thing in forever. ^_^ I almost forgot that I have an account. It's kind of funny, actually…but not really…
I've fixed my problems with my lay out! Yay! Well….ok, so they aren't completely fixed, but…I'm working on it. When I finished everything up today in Digital Photo…it looked wonderful, but now that I look at it through the eyes of Netscape…it looks like crap. *sighs* Maybe it's just Netscape being stupid…I hope it is, anyway.
For the most part, life has been perfectly fine. Aside from killing myself with school, writing, job hunting, and gamming…I barely have enough time to sleep. But, sleep's overrated anyway. I am perfectly fine with three hours of sleep every morning; I don't see why people need a full eight…I guess I'm just lucky to be a light sleeper.
Why do I have Kei and Yuri for my theme? That's a good question, thank you for asking ^_^. I chose to use Dirty Pair because I, unlike a lot of people that I know, love the anime. It was a tie between Dirty Pair, and Iria. I couldn't find any Iria backgrounds that would work…so, I just didn't bother with Iria. Maybe when I figure out how to upload pictures from my computer to LJ then I'll have better backgrounds. I have a few that I've made for my wallpaper, but…nothing that I can manage to get on to LiveJournal.
I've got a new project! Exciting, huh? Not really… I'm enjoying writing it…that has to count for something, right? It's more futuristic, and sci-fi than other things that I've written. I'm trying to branch out into a broader category. Instead of "Sword and Sorcery" fantasy, I want to focus on just fantasy. I love SaS fantasy, but…it gets old, and it's really not what people are looking for at the moment. Though, I feel with the new serge of fairytales movies coming out, we may see an increase in demand for SaS. Until then, I'm going to work on sci-fi fantasy. Of course, I'm going to stick with comedy for a while. I'd like to write something more serious, but…no one is looking for that at the moment, not anyone that I can think of anyway. It's hard to sell drama in this day and age, but…if you find the right studio, you're good to go! Also, I still want to write a musical…but, I still lack the ability to write music. Maybe I can ask a friend or two to help.
In more personal news, I had a date last Friday… Yeah, you read right, Tony had a date last Friday night. ^_^ We saw Peter Pan! I didn't like Peter's actor…but everything else was wonderful! Lots of sexual innuendos… "…or I'll cast anchor in you!" yeah…that doesn't imply anything, does it? Jason Isaacs (sp?) plays the best Hook I have ever seen. He was amazing! Hmmm…looks like I'm rambling. Anyway, back to my date. The girl's name is Sarah. She's really sweet…and she bit me… We'll get into that later…maybe. The point is, I enjoyed my evening with her. We're s'posed to go out again soon, maybe this will evolve into something worth it, huh?
Well, that's about it. I've got to go! I'll try to make another post sometime soon. See you around!
