Oh yeah... just got off the phone with Linda (nightly 8:00 phone call) and she reminded me of the most important event of the weekend... we bought our wedding rings... and this was one year to the day after we bought our celtic rings we've been wearing."

"The wedding is in less than 2 weeks now... My parents have just flown to the U.K., and should stop by Saturday for a visit before returning later on for the wedding... Brian and Michael will arrive a week from Friday, as will Tim and Andy... We'll have a pretty full house in the days preceeding the wedding with Andy, Tim, and Carl + his friend from London (Jenny email pal) etc... Mom, Dad, Brian and Mike will be at a nearby bed + breakfast..."

"My parents came for a visit last Saturday and stayed the night, driving up to Edinburgh Sunday where my Dad boarded a plane for a short trip to Germany while my mother stayed to sightsee in Edinburgh. They'll be back for the wedding later on... While they were with us in Dumfries, we gave them a little tour of the town that killed Scotland's greatest poet."
