Uber HOF Song: Love Her Madly
Right... I want to induct a song in the Uber Song Hall of Fame... "Love Her Madly" by The Doors
I'm going to make it short and sweet though.... I feel I've been busy and don't have the time... but on the other hand, I have a few inductions starting to pile up on the old to-do list.
Something about Jim Morrison singing... his voice is a bit like mine in range... no need to strain for any high notes.... so it's a suitable karaoke song. I don't sing in public very often, but have occasionally done some karaoke after a few beers from time to time... and it's usually a Doors song.
This one is amongst my favourites... off the LA Woman album, which was done shortly before he died in Paris. I've been to his grave in Paris a couple times. This March / April Linda and I will be in Paris together for the first time... and I haven't been for many, many years... so there's probably a very good chance we'll be going to Pere Lachaise cemetery when we're there. It'll be early April.
