Shelves
I went to put up some nice shelves (that we had from before) to go behind the door of the bedroom only to find that ... what I didn't really count on was... the door would then not open enough if I put those shelves up.
So.... plan B was to hobble together shelves made from old wooden brackets I had left over and some thinner shelves made out of old floor board tiles we had on hand, made a bit shorter by breaking them by hand.
The result..... voila !..... crappy shelves behind the door, that hopefully won't crash down if I put too many books on them.
We needed, in my opinion, more space for our books.
I then spent much of the day rearranging our books around the various shelving in the house. I have a lot of music books and map books. Linda has a lot of animal books, royalty books, fiction, biography and self-help books.
