end of day updates

The sewing ended up going well. Not that I proceeded especially fast, but I am extremely pleased with the stiching around the busk and of the completed channels. Since I was cutting out some new pieces I also cut the bias which I wasn't looking especially forward to. :P

Yoga is so good for you! I agree that a video might be a safer option for you. Even though every yoga instructor will tell people to go at their own pace, my little pea-brain still wants to compete and I am more likely to push myself too hard due to peer pressure and ego. *rolleyes*

On Thursday I am going to be in the vicinity of Barnes&Noble, where she told me to buy the video. I have a gift card too, so that is good. I am going to try to get there.
