end of day updates

The sewing ended up going well. Not that I proceeded especially fast, but I am extremely pleased with the stiching around the busk and of the completed channels. Since I was cutting out some new pieces I also cut the bias which I wasn't looking especially forward to. :P
All's well.

My freaking side is really bothering me, but it is still not terrible. I am annoyed with the receptionist (again) at my GP's because she told me Susan would call me back. I had called as soon as they open, at ten. I tried again at nearly five in order to at least leave Susan a message detailing my reason for calling, but they were closed!
They used to be there until very late, and Susan would regularly call around 20:00. In any case I just wish messages would be relayed, but with the new lady they hardly ever are even after days or weeks. She sucks!
Amanda, the former receptionist, was so wonderful and Everyone misses her terribly. Competancy is golden...

What else? Tomorrow I have to see about a very quick supply trip to Manhattan. If all goes well, and I intend it to be only two hours to leave the rest of the day for working. I already showered, so it should be easy to make it to bed early enough. It is only 21:00 after all.
Maybe I'll be able to go to the post late Wednesday?!

Two things I have been thinking about:
I keep intending to actually make time to use my Rosetta Stone Russian. The urge to learn Russian is finally re-appearing.
My friend is going to yoga nearby, and I keep thinking of how nice it would be to try. After talking to her last night I figure it might not work out very well at all, but she has reccomended a video which might be more workable. It has less up-down and standing, she said. Also, I would be able to go at my own pace and skip parts that would be bad for my POTS.

Of course, I have been considering the Rosetta for a while without action, haha. I must really DO it. Oh, and writing to people that I've not... Will. Soon, I hope.
