Well, my hiatus was a lot shorter then expected. I went down to St. Louis to visit family, but we ended up leaving way earlier then I thought we would. But we are going down again in July. Even though I haven't lived in St. Louis for seven years it still feels like home when I'm actually there. It's just the atmosphere there is so familiar. It's on

I was actually surprised how much the whole serial killer thing didn't bother me. It kind of makes him more endearing.

I think I liked Doakes mostly when he was away from Dexter. His obsession got really old quick.

For some reason, a couple of the TAL episodes are nonexistent to the internets and it's making me really sad :(((

I looooved Doakes, especially his cussing. We're too similar in that area. But I'm sad that he had to die - he was too aggressive sometimes, but that's becaused he loved his job.

I liked Lundy/Deb, too. I saw it a mile away and I was so happy when it happened. She had some major daddy issues so I could see why it worked; she just wanted someone to listen to her. Though that part about the classical music was hilarious.

I had that problem with the first season. It seems no one wants to put the episodes online.

Dexter is amazing. I agree, Lila sucks. And so does Laguerta. I wish they'd killed her off instead of Doakes.

That would have been so much better. Everything about Laguerta just rubs me the wrong way.
