NO LINE AT SHAKE SHACK? THE APOCALYPSE. THE APOCALYPSE IS HERE.
You got a lot done. I missed the last swimming weekend and was putting away my suit- I used it so much the top is faded, which is good and bad. Yay swimming.
What did you put on top of those 'chops?

This was only the Shake Shack at Citifield, I'm sure the ones in Manhattan had the appropriate wait time. The true apocalypse would have been if the Mets had WON.
The chops had a mix of greek yogurt, onions, mustard, and parmesan cheese. It made a nice yummy crust.

Yeah, I went to the Shake Shack at Nats Park and the line made me cry. I gave money to some guy at the front of the line to buy something for me. Which melted. Karma's a bizatch.
THIS RECIPE. I NEED IT. They look so good.

for two loin lamb chops:
1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 tbsp dried mustard (i didn't have any so squirted in some grey poupon), 3 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp plain greek yogurt.
place chops on roasting rack in pan, combine other ingredients and spread on top. bake ~40 min at 425.
eat.
