Celtic music

we'll start with Old Blind Dogs - a Scottish group. The song "Rolling Home" makes me think of pirates, probably because they are mentioned. (Hey I never said I was that deep ;)) Also the singer's voice is what I think Carson Beckett would sound like if he sang.

Next up is Bohola. Ok, so they're from Chicago. LOL. But the accordian is kick-ass, and they make looooong tracks. I love this song the best. Lonesome Robin talks about Robin Hood, and always sets my fantasy reader imagination going.

Then we have Danu, and Only Nineteen Years Old, a song they do at every live performance I think, at least the three I've seen, about a woman who's not quite what she seems.

And last but not least, we had to have a couple more by my all time favorite Gaelic Storm.
Pina Colada in a Pint Glass - another 'stop the world I wanna get off' song. And Kelly's Wellies, about a poor man w/ no proper shoes. This song got theyllek a free teeshirt at their performance in KC, b/c she was Kelly and had no wellies, which Pat Murphy thought was a 'cryin' shame'.

And SGA was WONDERFUL. No spoilers here, as am still chuckling and processing. Maybe later.
