Is it Friday yet?
Why yes it is! Tho I'm Orking tomorrow, so it's not quite friday yet in that sense.
And am not too thrilled with Ork at the moment. Apparently Wed nite the on call nurse made a visit to one of my PITA patients, and then filed a complaint against me w/ her manager. I'll spare you the actually details, b/c if y'all are like me you are eating while reading. So had to spend the whole day straightening it out - my manager and supervisor both agreed that the nurse went about it the wrong way and should have called me the next day instead of just writing what the aide told her in the chart where it can't be taken back. And this is a patient that's I've gone out of my way for, mind those are always the ones that stab you in the back. I can't help it if the aide doesn't want to be there, she's private hire and can leave whenever the frak she pleases.
Now watch, when I go there Monday she'll be all sweetness and light. I'll have to bite my tongue *really* hard.
Anyway the traffic going home from the office just sort of led me to Target, and after $135 of retail therapy, I feel much better. Bought a cordless desktop, some new headphones, and more workout clothes (so that counts as a workout, right?) Got a Lizzie outfit *grin* Red coolmax shirt and grey pants! Will prob only wear the shirt at Peg2.
Plus, 1.5 hours to Ronon :)
