ok. i am trying to eat well. so i buy healthy food like yogurt and cheese and rye bread and pretzels and peanut butter. but it doesnt fill me up. so i start eating tons of crap besides this and totally defeat the purpose. can anyone give me tips on
how to make an easy good and most importantly FILLING meal so i dont eat five million
times a day? i feel like i gained 1 billion pounds eating peanut butter but im still hungry.
