Tomatoes, yarn and other things besides

Just so you know, I'm not dead (yet). I know I haven't updated in ages, but the truth is, my life is extremely uninteresting these days. I mostly just work, avoid studying and bake cookies, and none of these things are in any way interesting when (as we have seen) that's pretty much what I've been doing for the past three years or so. :P

Just to give you an example of my day based on mytomatoes.com:
today 5 finished tomatoes
17:27 - 17:53 went through knitting patterns, had a break
17:59 - 18:25 cleaned up the apartment
19:21 - 19:48 did the dishes
21:12 - 21:37 wrote the Coleman commentary and started the Ordner commentary
22:30 - 22:57 finished the Ordner commentary
You can only wonder what I did in the time between... (not much!) I really love mytomatoes as it helps me to actually manage my time at least in bits and pieces here and there. It's basically a 25-minute timer that tells you to take a break every 25 minutes (with the expectation that you've actually done something productive with the time allotted). :D

One reason why I've been such a bad journalist (harhar!) is that I've started a craft related blog where I'm posting all my yarn, knitting and Ravelry related posts; and as those are the things that I've been putting my spare time into lately, I've mostly been reading and writing crafty blogs.

I really can't wait for the summer (break) as I only have one tiny commentary (on Malinowski of all things!) to finish as well an exam on Finnish Shamanism next week and then I'm free until September. What a blissful thought! I also have some paid vacation time coming up in July...
