I'm down to getting maybe four or five hours of sleep a night, none of it particularly restful. It isn't a matter of not trying or not getting to bed early enough; on some occasions I've been in bed and trying to sleep for four hours before it finally happens. Sleeping pills don't work. Light exercise before bed doesn't work. I don't drink caffeine
