It occurs to me, in the time slot between being ready and actually having to leave, that I never updating regarding the further status of my missing wallet.
Yes, it is still missing. Wouldn't that have been a happy ending?
But I believe the last time I updated it was because of a mysterious 75 dollar charge on from my checking account that I never made.
So the bank looked into it.... and...

Thank you OSAP. Thank you for deciding it was okay to randomly start taking money out of my account without notifying me first and for coincidentally doing it at the most horrible of moments. Good times.
But the good news is that technically it was a transaction made by me.
The finale of that story is that the guy who "allegedly" stole it from work (who no longer works there by the way, he was new that week and had only worked about 2 shifts and walked out that day)... has not appeared to have done anything with the i.d. He also didn't seem like the type who would try to sell it to a woman... and I can't think of what he would do with it himself. Except ruin a couple months of my life.
They wouldn't let me into the casino in Niagara Falls.

Anyway... my new drivers liscense arrived today... so now I can get a Nova Scotia Health Card, and new SIN card... and all that fun stuff. My birth certificate is on it's way.
