Today I'll be posting off a membership form to the Writer's Guild of Great Britain. They regularly post convention meetings and job opportunities to members, hope that leads to something.
Have also emailed the university re: a cross-discipline research opportunity between the english and psychology departments.
I'm currently crossing every paired item in my anatomy. Of course the important thing is to be willing to try, rather than unwilling to fail.
