OK, so here is the major problem with On the Lot: it sucks. I watched it last night - and God knows why, because it wasn't like I didn't have anything better to watch, with The Wire beckoning seductively from the DVD player.

( But watch it I did, and now I've written a bunch - OMG so much, what the hell happened there? - about it. )

I've been going through Origami to Astonish and Amuse - I don't know why I didn't own this book before now, because it is (shocker!) both astonishing and amusing. Walking Boat and Running Car are my favorites at this point - also the Man Swatter, although I need to get some larger paper, because I only have six-inch origami paper, and the larger ( Read more... )

• one (1) chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting and white chocolate shavings on top
