So, I check my mail today and find a letter from BGE.  Hoping it might be a bill (sounds scary doesn't it) but it is not.  It is them telling me they "reviewed" my account and I apparently OWE $168 deposit.  Now, when I set up my service in December I was told (when I specifically asked if there would be a deposit) no.  I thought this was strange ( Read more... )
