I have a new found respect for women who have children and have breast fed.  Lord have mercy in regard to finding nursing pads and things to help your poor nipples.  Even if I am only looking b/c of my "growth" it is still amazingly overwhelming.  Thanks to 
spikywheel for information and advice.

On November 27th, I have my procedure to remove the growth.  I'm really nervous but I know I will be happier once it is done.
