(no subject)
i really do not enjoy waiting. Here are all the things I am waiting for:
1)joselyn to call back so i can know if i can make some money painting her house today (i got a lot of paint on me on Monday, so I am wondering if my house painting skills passed the test).
2)emails from the dept of conservation in new zealand about a "hut warren" position's availability.
3)an email from LEAPNow, an awesome travel abroad program organizer, regaurding doing some house building in Fiji.
4)jazbeen to give me the contact info for the only person i have ever met from new zealand
5)if #1 does not get in contact with me, then i am waiting for 1:00 pm to roll around to go to southeast expeditions to inquire about a job, and to go sailing this afternoon.
6)my return deposit check from my landlord
7)Ian's Aunt Betsy to mail me a check for the loan I issued her to cover the bill at the nail salon.
8)my last pay check from work in DC
9)Eric Loshe to get paid so that I can get my cut
10)Eric Loshe to return with his family on the newly acquired 105 ft schooner they just bought in Maine so that Ian and I can get back to work......
it is times like these that i knew how to make duck decoys or could sew really well so that i could be dependent upon my own schedule of making the big bucks (i promise i am NOT obsessed with money, it's just the more I have in my bank account before I leave, the better my situation will be when I arrive in Auckland in late October).
