Cinnamon raising bagels with peanut butter -- Yum!

I have gotten back in touch with one of my favorite foods: cinnamon raisin bagels, toasted and with peanut butter!

Last weekend, I wanted a bagel and cream cheese, which led to thinking about bagels and peanut butter. Peanut butter was already on my shopping list, so I also bought two packages of cinnamon raisin bagels.

Wow! I had forgotten how wonderful these are! Absolutely among my top 10 foods/meals. I have had up to 4 bagels a day, this week. I'm less addicted now, but I still love them.

The biggest problem with eating lots of peanut butter is the amount of oil. One good thing about Teddie's Extra Crunchy, No Salt, Natural peanut butter is that if you leave it sit for a while (as in, several weeks), the oil rises to the top and can be poured off, leaving the tasty goodness behind to enjoy with fewer calories. ;-)

I have non-fat cream cheese on the list, this week, as well as restocking the peanut butter.
