Hello Livejournal
I have moved to Central Florida, which is part of the reason this blog and other things have been neglected. To find a house took three months, with weekly drives of 200 miles one way, (no time to blog) and then to buy the house took another two months. Now that I'm finally living in the My-house-in-the-woods, remodeling has commenced. I'd like to get the messiest jobs done as soon as possible, so I can move my furniture. For now, we're sleeping on air mattresses and my back is already complaining.
My new job title is construction manager, reminding people to do what must be done and to finish one job before starting another. I find this very frustrating.
Oh, they're here. Off I go to manage.
