Well, today has officially been a day of cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning.

I got up at 9am, had a shower, cleaned Pumpkin's litter tray, vaccumed, did the washing up, cleaned Pumpkin's eating area (she pulls her food out of her bowl and it sticks to the floor >.<), took the rubbish out, vacuumed some more. Then finally, at 11am, I stopped ( Read more... )

I made it through this Friday 13th without too much mishap. The worst thing that happened was my dinner plans for myself and Henry were spoiled 'cause I left 2 chicken breasts defrosting on the kitchen counter and um...Pumpkin got hold of one and dragged it into the backroom and under the sofa bed. Shit! Pumpkin has actually gone crazy. She's running from one end of my bedroom to the other; jumping from window sill, to floor, to bed, to other window sill, and then back again. So I've been working on my dissertation all day again, although I had a bit of a lapse this afternoon and just got distracted by anything and everything. Still, I got all of chapter 2 done, just that I had to finish up the last 500 words or so of it after dinner tonight, which kind of sucked.
