The night before...

Ahhh, was gonna make this entry like two hours ago, but got completely distracted watching La Liga and then MOTD. What a day it's been in the footie world today. Seriously, the PL went mad today. I am both fearful and excited for tomorrow, but more on that in a bit.

Yesterday was pretty awful really. I do not know how I got through the day at work. I was just full of the worst possible cold symptons. I felt so worn down and probably spent more time blowing my nose than doing any actual work. Urgh. And right now I'm still sniffing lots and my throat is killing me. Hate feeling ill, really do D:

Also, got shouted at by a Newcastle fan, lolol. Tom came into work an hour early yesterday just 'cause, well I don't remember why, but yeah. He's a Newcastle fan and we have some fun bantering sessions from time to time. So you can pretty much imagine the first thing he said when he saw me. Not a happy boy! I, naturally, told him to blame Chelsea and Torres, not Liverpool. I also said how I felt sorry for the Newcastle fans since they never got anyone in to replace Carroll. He said that was the thing that annoyed him the most. We then got into a rant about Mike Ashley. Newcastle fans seriously hate their owner, and I don't blame them.

After work, depsite feeling horribly grotty, I went to the cinema with Carmel. We saw Black Swan. What a mindfuck film. But woah! Seriously good. Felt like actually being at the ballet some of the time. And I thought the acting was pretty good.

Today has been a wash out for me. I was looking forward to it 'cause we'd planned a little trip out to Yorkshire. But I should really know better now than going out on trips out with the family. Always ends shitty. We went to Skipton, and bloody hell, but it's a long drive. And sat squashed up in the back of the Peugeot all that time. Gods, horrible. And all we really did was have a pork pie and some chips and walk around in the rain for a bit. Didn't even go in the castle :/ Felt like a waste of time to me and 'cause I was feeling grotty, I wasn't exactly in a good mood.

But omg! Tomorrow! Games don't come much bigger than Chelsea v Liverpool in any normal circumstance, but because of the whole added Torres thing, this game, at least on paper, is bound to be electric. Can imagine any self respecting footie fan will be watching tomorrow, no matter which team they support. Good day for Sky Sports/pubs with Sky Sports all round, lol.

I personally am hoping for another Raul goal and a Suarez brace (probably asking too much for a hatrick). I just want to beat those Chavs so badly it almost hurts, lol. And as for Torres, I honestly don't care. If he plays, I hope our boys keep him quiet. I have the feeling Ancelotti will start him on the bench though. We shall see.

I'll leave you with our player of the month. Portuguese prince is amazing ♥

COME ON YOU REDS!!
