Um...this is kinda sad but I'm working Saturday, all because I want to dress up as a vampire!
Stephanie Meyer's Eclipse novella 'The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner' is out on Saturday and there's a load of us dressing up for our shifts. I don't normally work weekends, but dude, when offered an extra 5 hour shift, just for the pure awesomeness, I could not turn it down!
So I'm going as the best Cullen...ALICE! My hair's almost short enough now and I think I can act suitably pixie-like for 5 hours, haha. I just can't decide which 'Alice' look to go for.
Currently I'm thinking this one:
I've already got a waist coat and grey skinny jeans. I'd just have to find a frilly white shirt (should be easy enough). Plus I think it's quite an iconic Alice look.
I've already decided how to fashion up her choker. Gonna get some ribbon and a grey/silver badge to clip it together.
Add some white stuff to my face, some wax to spike my hair out a bit, and, most importantly, some glitter to create the oh-so-famous 'sparkly vampire' look and voila! Not bad for a thrown together Alice costume, I think.
Of course I can't put fangs in 'cause last time I tried that I really couldn't talk properly, and while it's a fun, dress-up day, I'll still be expected to talk to customers, lol.
Ooh and I'm currently noshing on a free chocolate snowman left over from Christmas. There are some perks to this job, haha.

...THEY'VE RELEASED THE FIRST CHAPTER OF THE DOCTOR WHO GAME EARLY!! I SUCK AT IT! GOT EXTERMINATED TWICE ALREADY D:
